Travel to Florida in Style
Posted on 05 September 2016
Everyone adores a vacation. And everyone loves to vacation in style (C'mon, admit it!). With the airlines making it hard for us to overpack these days, it's important to have a few chic pieces that you can mix and match to travel to Florida in style.
I have been going on vacation to Florida from Ohio every year since I was two. I think I FINALLY have the packing part down (now that I live here). Here are a few packing tips for your next Florida vacation!
When you're visiting Florida, you must think: ocean, beach, pool, restaurants, etc. If you have the attire for these events, than you are most likely set for your trip! Try to imagine chic cruise wear. That's what we have to offer at Anthony's.
A Swimsuit is a Must-Have for Florida
Whether you plan to go to the pool, beach, or a on cruise - stylish swimsuits are definite musts when you pack for Florida. Here at Anthony's we offer suits with so much color, comfort, and versatility! Check out the Beach House Island Racerback Tankini Top... It's adorable and just right for Labor Day! Pair it with this super-cute Beach House Swim Skort and you are set for the sun and sand. Yay! 🎉👌🏻☀️🌴🌊🎶👙
A Maxi Dress is Essential
Look effortlessly chic in a casual maxi dress to do everything from brunch, to dates, to a day of shopping and lunching on Worth Avenue. Maxis are perfect because you look fab and you feel comfortable. Pair with a chic pair of sandals and you're all set! Oh, and it's nice and light so it won't weigh down your suitcase. #fab
Sun Hats are Necessary
Prepare for the sunny days with this hat. It goes with sundresses and swimsuits. So whether you are beaching it or cruising, this woven hat epitomizes chic style. It offers great shade and will keep your neck and face out of the sun.
These are a few essentials that you'll find very helpful for your Florida trip. But don't forget your sunscreen and aloe as well! Sunscreen is a must for your travel bag, along with a tube of aloe vera lotion or gel to soothe any sunburns (crossing my fingers you won't have any).
Dress for style, comfort, and occasion. If you think of these tips while packing for your trip then you will be good. Have basics at your fingertips - like trendy swimsuits, maxi dresses, and sun hats. And when you are choosing your outfits, please keep in mind what the lovely Coco Chanel once said: "Fashion fades, only style remains the same." #sotrue
