We are happy to offer pre-paid shipping labels for all returns and exchanges.
Get a LabelRequest a label for return or exchange via our online returns portal or by reaching out to our Customer Support team.
Pack your return and drop off at any post office or USPS drop box.
We'll take care of the rest and notify you via email once complete.
Please fill out the return form enclosed in your original order and include in your return package. You may also print a return form here.

You have 30 days from when you receive your order to request a return label.
All items must have the original tags (and hygienic liners, if applicable) still attached.
All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Gift cards and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns will have a $4.95 return label fee deducted from the refunded amount. This fee is waived for exchanges.
Refunds for online returns will be issued back to the original method of payment.
Items purchased in-store must be returned or exchanged at one of our stores.
