Returns & Exchanges

It is important to us that the Anthony’s woman is happy with her purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Anthony’s will graciously accept your returns of unworn, unwashed and undamaged merchandise with the tickets attached and/or the hygienic liner (if applicable) made within 30 days of purchase.

We will credit you for returns received within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt for the price paid in the original form of payment. Unfortunately, original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable. We are not able to refund the purchase of gift cards. 

**Due to PayPal’s extra security (which further protects users), all orders that used PayPal Express Checkout must be mailed in for returns and exchanges and cannot be returned to the store.

Returning or Exchanging in Stores

If you prefer to return or exchange your purchase in one of our stores, we will be happy to help you with that at any of our Florida locations. Just bring the packing slip and credit card used when you placed the order to any Anthony's location. Click here to locate an Anthony’s store near you.

Returning by Mail - Using the Anthony's Pre-Paid Return Label

If you use the Anthony's Return Label, there is a $4.95 handling fee that will be charged against your original method of payment.  

If you prefer to send your return by mail and would like to use our emailed return label, we have a few step process to help you out. 

  1. Please fill out the return form (found on the back of your original packing slip or you can download it HERE) and include it in the package.
  2. CLICK HERE TO START YOUR RETURN.
  3. Enter your order number (5-digit number in the format 54321) and the email where you received your order confirmation. 
  4. Select the item(s) you will be returning and the return reason and click next.
  5. Select the the refund method. 
  6. Review your refund request and click confirm. 
  7. The system will auto-generate a postage-paid shipping label that you will need to print. It will also email you a copy of the label in case you click away before printing. 
  8. Please print affix the label to your return package, covering or removing any old labels or bar codes.
  9. Give your package to your postman or drop it off at the appropriate drop box as indicated on the label (USPS, UPS, Fedex).

Returning by Mail - Shipping on your Own

    You are not required to use the pre-paid shipping label. If you prefer to ship on your own and at your own expense, we recommend using a form of traceable and insurable delivery. Please fill out the return form (found on the back of your original packing slip or you can download it HERE) and include it in the package.

    Returns will be processed within 10-14 business days. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund and send you an email to let you know that your refund has been issued. Please allow for up to 2 billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.

    Exchanges for a Different Size

    We offer free shipping on all exchanges for a different size within 30 days of original purchase. We cannot exchange for different colors or items. If you would like a different item, please email us at returns@anthonysfla.com and we will help you with that request. 

    Exchanges by Mail - Using the Anthony's Emailed Return Label

    1. Please fill out the return form (found on the back of your original packing slip or you can download it HERE) and include it in the package.
    2. Visit our return portal here to begin your exchange. 
    3. Enter your order number (5-digit number in the format 54321) and the email where you received your order confirmation. 
    4. Select the item(s) you will be exchanging and the reason and click next.
    5. Select the the exchange option with free shipping. 
    6. Enter the size that you need and any additional information that would help us. 
    7. Review that your request is correct and click confirm. 
    8. This process requires approval from our team to ensure we have the item available for exchange. If you email Saturday or Sunday we will review the request on Monday.
    9. Once we ensure the size is available, you will be emailed a return label for the item you are sending back.
    10. We will then email you a new invoice for the size you are requesting. From this invoice you will be able to click to complete your purchase of the correct size. The shipping on the new invoice will be free. 
    11. Once we receive the package, all original items sent back for exchange will be refunded to the original form of payment.

    Exchanges by Mail - Shipping on your Own

    Please fill out the exchange form (found on the back of your original packing slip or you can download it HERE) and include it in the package. Ship the item to be exchanged prepaid and insured (recommended) to the following address:

    Please note that we do not charge shipping again to send you the replacement item.

    You may also exchange an item in store within the 30 day return period and with the original receipt.
