Placing my Order
My size is not available online. Will it be soon and is there anything I can do?
While there are some items that we carry season after season with minor design changes, a majority of our products are available in limited quantity. If it is an item you really want, we recommend you purchase it quickly! If a size or color is not listed, it means unfortunately, that we are sold out of that item.
I did not receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
If you did not receive an email confirmation of your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we may look into it and make sure that your order came through our system.
I received my order, but something is wrong. What should I do?
If you received your order and an item was missing or you received an incorrect item, please call customer service at 1.800.324.1380 or email us at email@example.com for further assistance.
Modifying my Order
Can I change my order after it has been placed? How can I change my order?
We are not able to make changes to an existing order once it has been placed. If you place an order online and realize after checking out or upon receiving your order confirmation that you ordered the wrong item, size, color, etc. please contact us immediately at 1.800.324.1380. We are not able to adjust the order, but will try to help you by placing a new order for you. Please note that we are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been shipped. However, you can place a new order and return the first order once you receive it.
Can I change my shipping service on an order?
No, once an order has been placed we are unable to alter the shipping service. You can call us immediately at 1.800.324.1380 and we can place a new order for you.
Payment of my Order
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Can I use a merchandise credit or gift card online?
At this time we are not able to accept an in-store merchandise credit or gift card online.
How do I use my coupons? Can I use my coupons?
Our online promotions and coupons are separate from our in-store coupons and promotions and cannot be used interchangeably. In case you have an online promo code, you will need to enter the code into “Promotional Code” on the checkout page. Online promotions and discounts will be communicated on the website, through emails and other social media channels.
Do I have to pay taxes on my order?
Anthonysfla.com follows all applicable taxing regulations for the areas where we do business. Each of the 50 U.S. states has established state tax regulations. Taxes are charged according to the shipping address(es) of your order. All orders with a shipping address in Florida will be charged 6% sales tax plus any applicable county taxes.
What is the cost for shipping?
We charge a flat rate for shipping, with rates that vary depending on the speed of the shipment. For exact shipping rates, please visit our Shipping Page.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be authorized for the entire amount of the order at the time of purchase. The card will then be charged when the order has shipped.
Delivery of my Order
Where does Anthony’s ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We are not currently shipping to any other U.S. territories or internationally.
How long will I have to wait for my order to be delivered from the time I receive my shipping confirmation email?
- Standard delivery: Allow 5-10 business days for delivery
- Express delivery: Allow 3-5 business days for delivery
- Two-day delivery: Allow 2 business days for delivery
- Next-day delivery: Allow 1 business day for delivery
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. We will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time; however, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
How can I check my order status?
Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via e-mail of the shipment status. This e-mail will also provide you with your tracking information so you will be able to track your package all the way to your doorstep.
Returning or Exchanging my order
How do I return my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after purchase to return it for a refund in the form of the original payment. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns after 30 days. For more information, please visit our Returns Page.
Who is responsible for the return cost?
The return shipping is on us if the return is postmarked within 7 days of receiving the item if you use our emailed pre-paid shipping label. After 7 days, we will deduct $7.00 from your refund for handling fees. If you are unable to print our shipping label or you prefer to use the carrier of your choice and create your own label, we will not deduct anything from your return, but you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
When will I be refunded?
Returns will be processed within 10-14 business days. We will notify you when the refund has been processed. Please allow for up to 2 billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.

Is online payment secure?
Payment security is one of Anthony’s major priorities. Credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. Our cart is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant and uses 128 bit SSL certificates to keep order details secure. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.
