Anthony's COVID-19 Update

On behalf of everyone at Anthony's, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19. This extends not only to those diagnosed with the virus, but also to their friends and family, as well as all of those from our communities whose jobs and schools have been impacted. 

For 125 years, we have been blessed to serve and connect with you, our customers, through our retail stores around the state of Florida and more recently around the country through our online store. As we move forward through this unprecedented time, we wanted to say that we are so grateful to be a part of your communities and want to continue to ensure the continued safety of you, our customers, and our employees. 

As we prepare to reopen our stores, we are developing protocols and procedures to bring additional safety to our store environment to help continue to flatten the curve. 

Here are a couple things we will ask you to do while in our stores:

  • We will be requiring that all customers wear a mask when inside our stores. 
  • Please observe 6 feet of social distancing while in the stores out of respect for other shoppers and our employees. 

All stores are now open to the public.

Are the stores currently open?

    Can I shop online? 

    Yes! At this time we are continuing process and ship online orders. 

     

    Why is my shipment delayed? 

    We appreciate your patience with shipping delays. Due to the online order volume, the impact of COVID-19, and a decreased staff shipping (for social distancing), we may have slight delays on processing your orders.  

     

    My return, my VIP letter or my birthday coupon is expiring, what do I do now that the stores are closed? 

    We will be extending our return policy and expiration dates to make all of these possible once we reopen our stores. 

     

    How do I return my online order? 

    The online return system is still the same and we can process those for you at this time. Please see our Returns and Exchanges page for directions to return. Please note that we can be delayed on processing returns and exchanges again due to social distancing and maintaining a smaller warehouse staff. 

    If you would prefer to return it to your local Anthony's, you can hold onto it and we will be extending the window in which you can return once the stores reopen. 

     

    How will I know when the stores are open?
